The Rec Centre is a wheelchair accessible, air conditioned facility with ample space. The facility is fully equipped with tables and chairs, and has a government approved kitchen. The space is suitable for weddings, large gatherings, Annual General Meetings, small scale business, trade shows, and other functions.
FREE Wi-Fi access is available to Sasktel Customers thank-you to Sasktel’s Wi-Fi Select service.
Capacity with seating provided is 360, with 300 people being a comfortable number. Total legal capacity without seating or tables is 442.

Note: The kitchen does not come equipped with place settings or cooking supplies (pots, pans, etc.). There are commercial size coffee and tea urns available.

Reservation Deposit & Damage Deposit:
Reservation deposit holds your booking and acts as your damage deposit during your event. It is returned once the walk-through following your event is completed, unless funds need to be held back as determined by the walk-through. Your rental needs to be paid in full for deposit to be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposit refunds are based on number of days cancellation is made in advance of rental date.
*$273.00 if access to day prior is required OR if kitchen is used to serve a pre-prepared meal. **Full day rate applies if preparing meal in kitchen.
