Business licences are required to be purchased by any person or organization who does not pay commercial business tax in the Town of Wakaw. 

Yearly business licences are only $100 and are due in January. Licences purchased after September 30th are $75.00.

Licences can be purchased at the municipal office by cash, cheque, debit, or e-transfer.

Examples of businesses requiring a licence include, but are not limited to, contractors, sub-contractors, transient traders, caterers, auctioneers, garden tillers or other landscapers.
