North Central Transportation Planning Commission

The Town of Wakaw is a proud member of the North Central Transportation Planning Commission, a municipal advocacy organization serving communities across North Central Saskatchewan. The Commission brings together local governments to address shared transportation priorities, working to enhance road safety and improve the efficiency of the regional transportation network.

Through collaborative planning and meaningful community engagement, the Commission gives member municipalities a stronger collective voice when advocating for infrastructure improvements and transportation solutions that matter to residents. By working together, member communities can identify common challenges, share resources and expertise, and develop coordinated strategies that benefit the entire region.
