Wakaw Primary Health Clinic is served by the following doctors, Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse:
Both Dr. Obamwonyi & Jone Barry serve the communities of Wakaw and Cudworth on a rotating basis.

The clinic is open 8:00a.m-4:00p.m M/T/Th/F, 8:00a.m.-8:00p.m. Wed, 8:00 a.m. till noon on Saturdays
Lab and X-Ray is available 8:00a.m. till noon M-F: Booked appointments are required for lab and x-ray services. Please call 306-233-4443 to book your appointment.
Daytime services also include Home Care, LiveWell Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health and Addiction Services, Population and Public Health, Physical and Occupational Therapy.
The Health Centre also provides space for Massage Therapy, Optometrist and Chiropractor services.
EVENING Service –Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC)
Hours: 4:00p.m. – midnight M/T/Th/F, 8:00p.m.-midnight Wednesday, noon –midnight Saturday, and 8:00a.m. –midnight Sun and STAT holidays
After regular daytime clinic hours and on weekends and holidays, the CEC team of paramedics are on site until midnight.
Paramedics will provide a health assessment and treatment based on direction from an off-site medical physician.
This service is provided primarily on a walk-in basis.

All pharmacy services provided, including medication compliance packaging, compression and stocking fittings, medication assessments, minor ailment prescribing, emergency contraceptive

Chronic Disease Management (CMD)
The Live Well Chronic Disease Management Program is offer to individuals and their families who have a chronic disease such as bleeding disorders, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cystic fibrosis, heart disease, sleep apnea, asthma,arthritis and other chronic conditions.
All CDM services are available at the Wakaw Hospital on a weekly or monthly basis, including Community Dietician, Diabetic Nurse, and Exercise Therapist. Self-refer by calling Central Booking at 1-855-250-7070 to make an appointment.
